Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 tsSalt
2 tbCider vinegar
1 cWhipping cream
1 cSour cream
1/2 cWater
2 tbGrated onion
2 cn(16-oz) salmon
1/2 cLemon juice
1 cCheddar cheese; shredded
3/4 tsDill weed
1 cCelery; finely diced
2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin

Dilled Salmon Mold Preparation

Drain salmon; remove bones & skin; flake with a fork. Place salmon in large mixing bowl; add lemon juice. Fold in sour cream, cheese, onion, celery, salt & dill. In small sauce pan soften gelatin in water & vinegar. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Stir gelatin into salmon. Whip cream & fold into salmon just until combined.
