Add all dry ingredients to blender. Pulse a few times until chopped coarsely.
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Heat frying pan on medium to high heat, Add sugar and honey to heated pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer, stirring constantly. Simmer until mixture turns golden brown. Turn off burner. Add mixture from bowl to pan, stir in to coat all ingredients with hot liquid. Keep pan on burner. From pan begin to drop spoonfuls of mixture on parchment paper to form cookie shapes.
Bake cookies for 8 minutes or until a light shade of gold, allow to cool.
