This dish stays with you for hours and makes a great breakfast to go. Covered with foil, these squares will stay moist all week long.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine the yogurt, milk, honey, apple sauce, eggs, Canola oil, vanilla and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a large bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix together the oats, raisins, cranberries, walnuts and baking powder until well combined.
4. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
5. Pour this mixture into a lightly oiled 8 x 8 baking dish and sprinkle the top with the brown sugar and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the middle should come out clean..
7. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into squares.
8. Top with a dollop of yogurt and some blueberries.
Serve with yogurt and fruit.
