Dog Biscuit Preparation

Place oven rack in upper third of oven. Heat oven to 300. Line cookie sheet with foil. In large bowl mix flours, oats, cornmeal, liver powder, salt & garlic powder. Add egg, oil & broth. Mix with wooden spoon to make dough that is still firm enough to roll out. If dough is too moist, add a little more flour; if too dry, add a little water. On floured surface roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut into shapes with floured cutter. Place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Bake 2 hours. Turn off oven & let biscuits stand in oven overnight to harden. Can be stored in plastic bags at room temperature for 3 months. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
