Delicious Spaghetti Sauce for any type of pasta.
1. In a 4-1/2 quart pot/pan, brown the ground turkey over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
3. Add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, stirring until all is combined.
4. Add chicken broth to thin it down a little.
5. Add spices, butter, pepper, and salt, and allow to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes (long enough to cook the pasta).
Adjust seasonings to taste.
