1/4 cGrated coconut
1 tbVegetable oil
2 tsBlack mustard seed
2 cYogurt
1/3 cOnion

Date: Sun, 23 Jun 1996 19:22:15 -0700 (PDT) From: David Cook Heres a particularly good cooling riata Heat the oil to low and add the mustard seeds. Cover and cook 2 minutes while the seeds pop, then let it cool. Mix the vegetables with the yogurt (mash in the potatoes, if you use them).
