1 BoxGerman chocolate cake
1 cCoconut
1 cPecans; chopped
1 8-oz packagecream cheese
2 cPowdered sugar
1 Stickbutter; softened

Earthquake Cake #1 Preparation

1. Mix coconut and nuts. Spread on bottom of cake pan. 2. Mix chocolate cake according to package directions. Pour into cake pan. 3. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar; dab on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. From a collection of my mothers (Judy Hosey) recipe box which contained lots of her favorite recipes, clippings, etc. Downloaded from Glens MM Recipe Archive, G Internet.
