Prehat oven to 400F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each. Place 1/4" apart on the lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the center. Recipe by: Womans Day June 1996 Posted to EAT-L Digest 21 Feb 97 by nancee

Jimmyb123 1 year agoThis was my first attempt at meatballs and they were delicious. Made a few hours ahead and kept warm in the crock pot with sauce. If I can do this anyone can.
Lynn1775 1 year agoWow! Made 2 batches for husband's work party, kept in crock pot with Hunt's spaghetti sauce for sandwiches. Got raves & so much better than frozen, super easy too. A keeper, thanks for posting!
anphilli 2 years agoA simple and delicious meatball recipe. Will make again. I was using deer instead of beef and added a little bit of Parmesan and they were delicious and I'm sure it will be just as good with ground beef next time.
