Easy Black Bean Salad
Ingredients

| 1 tsChili powder |
| 1 smPurple onion; diced small |
| 1 16-oz canyellow corn; rinsed and drained |
| 1 tsGarlic powder |
| 1 Red bell pepper; diced small |
| 3 tbCilantro; chopped fine |
| Juice of 1 lime |
| 1 15-oz canblack beans; rinsed and drained |
Easy Black Bean Salad Preparation
Combine all ingredients and serve either hot, room temperature or cold. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
