Original recipe makes 1
1 smOnion; chopped
1/3 cRaisins
10.75 ozwater; soup can amount
2 cchicken; Cut-up cooked
1 tsCurry powder
2 cHot cooked rice
1 10.75-oz cancondensed soup
2 tbMargarine or butter
1 smred apple; Unpared, coarsely

Easy Chicken Curry Preparation

Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts. Cook, stirring occasionally until hot. Serve over rice. sprinkle with peanuts. 4 servings. Nutrition Information per Serving 1 serving Percent d US.
