Easy Drop Danish Preparation
1. Lightly grease a cookie sheet and preheat oven to 340 degress. 2. Mix baking mix, margarine and sugar until crumbly. 3. Stir in milk until dough forms; beat 15 strokes. 4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. 5. Make a shallow well in center of each with the back of a spoon; fill with 1 tsp raspberry jam. 6. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. NOTES : You can sprinkle these with icing sugar or drizzle with honey of a glaza made of 2/3 cup icing sugar, 1 Tbsp warm water and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. 146 calories; 6.9 gram of fat per danish.
