Easy Fudge Brownies 2
Ingredients
| 3/8 cButtermilk |
| 3 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg |
| 3/8 tsBaking soda |
| 3/8 cCocoa Powder; Dutch process |
| 3 tsVanilla |
| 2 1/4 cSugar |
| 1 7/8 cFlour, All-Purpose; |
| 1/2 cMargarine |
Easy Fudge Brownies 2 Preparation
Heat oven to 350 deg F; coat a 9 x 13" baking pan with nonstick spray. Whisk flour and baking soda in a bowl. Heat sugar, margarine and buttermilk, stirring constantly in a saucepan over med heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add cocoa. Stir until smooth. Cool 10 min. Add eggs, one at a time, to sugar mixture; stirring well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Pour batter into pan. Bake until done, 18 - 20 min. Cool in pan on wire rack.
