Original recipe makes 6 Servings
Nectrines or apples
2 tbmilk
4 cPeeled & sliced peaches OR
1/2 cSugar
1 tb+ 2/3 c. variety baking mix
Spread
2 tbBrown Sugar; firmly packed
1/2 tsGround cinnamon

Easy Peach Cobbler Preparation

1. In 1 quart shallow casserole, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon. 2. In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. 3. Cut in I Cant Believe Its Butter! until mixture is size of small peas. 4. Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. 5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean. 6. Let stand 5 minutes. Source: I Cant Believe Its Butter Website. Typed in MMFormat by Cindy Hartlin.
