| 2 cmilk |
| 7 Eggs |
| 8 ozCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1 lbSausage; browned & drained |
| 3 Piecesbread |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Egg Casserole Preparation
Butter 8X13 casserole dish. Tear up or cube bread and layer in bottom of dish. Layer sausage on bread. Sprinkle cheese on sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Posted to recipelu-digest by SRemers@aol.com on Feb 8, 1998
