1/4 cOnions; chopped
1 1/2 lbGround beef
1/4 cpotato; Raw, grated
1/4 cCarrot; Grated
3/4 tsSalt; or less
1/2 cBroth; up to 1 cup

Egg-Free, Wheat-Free, Milk-Free Meatloaf Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
