Eggless Egg Salad
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 3 Minced scallions |
| Black Pepper; to taste |
| 1 Celery stalk; minced |
| Salt to taste |
| 1/3 Sunflower seeds |
| Tamari sauce to taste |
| 1 cMayonnaise; (or to taste) |
| 1 pkNasoya firm tofu |
| 1 mdCarrot; grated |
Eggless Egg Salad Preparation
from Nasoya Cut tofu into dice sized bits. Add other ingredients, except the "to taste" ones, and mix gently. Add remaining ingredients and mix once again. I recommend letting this chill well before serving. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 567 by Abtaxel
