1. Place chicken breast on rack (either 1-inch or 4-inch).
2. Mix Thai sauce and red pepper flakes.
3. Spread half of sauce on chicken.
4. Cook chicken on power level HI for 7-8 minutes or 10 minutes if chicken is frozen.
5. Mix all vegetables in plastic bag with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Flip chicken and spread remaining sauce.
7. Arrange vegetables around chicken and cook for additional 7-8 minutes.
Tips:
For larger breasts cook an additional 2-3 minutes per side.
