pour half of mixture into two uncooked pie crust
remove the other two pie crust from aluminum pan and place upside down over mixture in pie crust, if the crust is slightly thawed mash the edges together (only takes a minute or two to thaw and if it is thawed too much it is very difficult to work with)
cut 4 slits into top of each crust
bake directly on oven rack for 1 hr at 350 or until crust is golden brown and mixture is hot throughout
May drip a very little near end of cooking time so you may want to place a cookie sheet sprayed with pam or tin foil on bottom of the oven to help with clean up
**the above recipe with 4 cups of chicken and all other ingredients the same will fill 3 pie shells**
1/8 of pie (calculated with 3 cups chicken breast meat, light sour cream, whole milk, original veg-all, condenced cream of potato soup, 1 medium yellow onion)
