The perfect side to any steak.
1. Prepare mushrooms, onions and garlic.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with the olive oil and butter. When butter has melted, add in garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add in the onions and season with salt and pepper, cook until onions are lightly browned on the edges.
3. When onions begin to turn translucent, add in mushrooms and change the temperature to medium high. Stir the mixture and cook until the mushrooms are browned and there is a little bit of liquid in the pan. Then add in the worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard, and stir. Turn off the heat.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over steaks.
