1/4 tsCaraway seeds
2 Onions; finely chopped
4 Tomatoes; peeled, seeded
4 ozCooking oil
1 tsPaprika
1 Clovegarlic; crushed

Potato Paprikash (Hungarian Potato Paprikash) Preparation

1 In a heavy-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic. 2 Add the caraway seeds, paprika, and water. 3 Add the potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes. 4 Simmer for thirty minutes.
