1 tsCummin seeds
1 bn(small) corriander leaves
15 Peppercorns
1 kgPork, cubed
10 Garlic
4 Cloves
1 tsTurmeric
3 Green chillies
1 1-inch piece cinnamon
5 Dried red chillies
1 1-inch piece ginger
5 tbVinegar

Espetada Preparation

Rub a little salt into the pork and set aside. Grind together the remaining ingredients using a little water. Mix the pork with this spice mixture and add the vineger. Marinate for at least 8 hours.
