Ingredients
| 1 tsCummin seeds | |
| 1 bn(small) corriander leaves | |
| 15 Peppercorns | |
| 1 kgPork, cubed | |
| 10 Garlic | |
| 4 Cloves | |
| 1 tsTurmeric | |
| 3 Green chillies | |
| 1 1-inch piece cinnamon | |
| 5 Dried red chillies | |
| 1 1-inch piece ginger | |
| 5 tbVinegar |
Espetada Preparation
Rub a little salt into the pork and set aside. Grind together the remaining ingredients using a little water. Mix the pork with this spice mixture and add the vineger. Marinate for at least 8 hours.
