2 tsYeast
1/4 cDry milk
1/2 tbYeast

1/2 tsSalt
1/4 cHoney
FOR 1 LB LOAF
3 cBread flour

Ethiopian Honey Bread Preparation

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturers directions. Bake on light crust setting. Delayed timer okay. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast.
