Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in everything else. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet before removing to paper towels.

Beadwitch7 8 years agoI used 2 cups of semi sweet chips and no vanilla or butterscotch. They were fabulous. Made a really large delicious cookie!
CandiceSteele 8 years agoThis is one of my favorite cookie recipes. I left out the butterscotch and vanilla chips and added crushed corn flakes and coconut. Very appropriate name for this recipe. It makes for a very dense, chewy cookie.
