Balls          
Original recipe makes 20 Balls
1/2 cOnion; chopped
1 tbLemon juice
1/4 tsGarlic powder
2 tbFlour, whole wheat pastry
1/4 cParsley
3 cGarbanzo beans; cooked
1/4 cSesame seed
1/4 tsPepper
2 tbVegetable oil
1/4 cWheat germ

Falafel (Diabetic) Preparation

Heat oven to 350^F. In a food processor or blender grind garbanzo beans, lemon and onion. Remove and add flour, wheat germ, parsley, sesame seed, pepper and garlic powder. Form into 20 falafel balls.
