fantastic pumpkin cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Over a sheet of waxed paper, sift together flour, soda, powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl stir together pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
In mixer beat butter until smooth,
Add sugars and increase speed until fluffy.
Scrape down sides add pumpkin mixture in two additions, beating well after each addition and stopping to scrape down the sides. Reduce speed and add flour mixture until just combined.
Use a rubber spatula to fold in nuts and raisins.
Bake until Golden Brown
12 to 15 minutes
