Tender, flakey fish with a satisfying tangy finish.
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Spray glass baking dish with vegetable oil.
1. Cut the filet into serving-sized pieces. Season on both sides with garlic salt.
2. Melt butter in microwave (approx. 30 sec.) whisk in lemon juice.
3. Spread flour on a plate, dredge each piece of fish in flour, and arrange in baking dish.
4. Drizzle lemon/butter mixture over the fish, to coat completely.
5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, depending in thickness of filet.
6. After plating, drizzle pan juices over filets. Serve immediately.
