Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 1/2 cFlour
2 2/3 cMince Meat
1 cnSweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsBaking soda
Glazed Cherries; Optional
2 cMixed Candied Fruit; 1 Lb.
1 cWalnuts; Coarsely Chopped
2 Whole Eggs; Slightly Beaten

Fast n Fabulous Fruit Cake Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2. Grease a 9" tube pan; line with wax paper and grease again (or use generously greased and floured 10" bunt pan). 3. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. 4. In large bowl, combine eggs, mince meat, sweetened condensed milk, fruit and nuts. 5. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Pour into prepared pan. 6. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. 7. Turn out of pan; remove waxed paper. 8. If desired, garnish with glazed cherries.
