Suggest a better descriptionwet the matzo. crush with your hands into small pieces, place into a bowl. fry the onion with black pepper until golden. add the tomato and salt and fry for 5 min. add the crushed matzo and mix well. cook together for 1/2 min. add the egg and mix well. cook for another 2 min.
