| Concentrate | |
| 1 tsHoney | |
| 1 Clove garlic, cut in half | |
| 1/2 tsCrushed dried basil | |
| 1 pnWhite pepper | |
| 2 tbApple cider vinegar | |
| 1/4 cWater | |
| 2 Canned artichoke hearts | |
| 1/2 tsCrushed dried oregano | |
| 1 tbOnions; chopped | |
| (packed in water), | |
| (about 1/2 cup) |
Fat-Free Italian Dressing Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Chill at least 15 minutes before serving.
