Zandra's Onion Tart
Mix the crust ingredients together in a food processor then chill.
Sauté the onions until browned and set aside.
To make the custard, beat the eggs and sour cream together then add flour and salt and pepper.
Roll out the crust and then press into an 11 inch tart pan (with removeable bottom). Sprinkle onions evenly over crust, pour custard over onions and bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes till done.
