1 cfeta cheese; Crumbled
1/4 cred onion; Finely chopped
36 Melba rounds; or toasts
3 Plum tomatoes; diced
1/4 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground
1/4 tsDried Oregano

Feta-Tomato Toppers Preparation

In small bowl, combine cheese, tomatoes, onion, pepper and oregano. Spoon onto melba rounds and serve. Makes 36 servings. Preparation time: About 8 to 10 minutes. Per serving: About 20 cal, 1 g pro, 3 g car, 1 g fat, 37% cal from fat, 3 mg cholesterol, 52 mg sod, 0 g fiber.
