Original recipe makes 12 Servings
1/2 pk(1-lb) Creamette Fettuccini;
1/2 tsDry mustard
3 cFinely chopped cabbage
2 tbWhite vinegar
2 cThinly sliced celery
1/2 cReduced calorie mayonnaise
Paprika
2 cFinely shredded carrots
2 cThinly sliced cucumber
1/4 tsPepper
1 ct(8-oz) plain low-fat yogurt

Fettuccini Slaw Preparation

Prepare Creamette Fettuccini as package directs; drain. In large bowl, combine fettuccini, cabbage, carrots, celery and cucumber. In small bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and pepper; toss with fettuccini mixture. Garnish with paprika. Cover; chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
