Fettucini Chicken
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 4 Carrotts (sliced in 1/4" |
| 1/2 cOnion (lg pieces) |
| 1 bnBrocoli (small pieces) |
| 1/4 cGreen pepper (diced) |
| 2 tbolive oil |
| 2 Boneless chicken breasts |
| 1 cMushrooms (sliced) |
| 1/4 cTeriyaki sauce |
Fettucini Chicken Preparation
In olive oil brown chicken until no longer pink. Add other ingredients and cover. Simmer until carrots are soft. While simmering prepare fettucini as directed. When fettucini is done, rinse and place on plates. Place a pat of butter on hot noodles and about 1 Tab. parmesan cheese, then cover with chicken/veg mixture and enjoy.
