A great and spicy shrimp recipe that can be served as a main or as appetizer
• Place Veracruz Cooking Sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat; add bay leaves, thyme and salt. Cook for a minute. Remove from heat.
• For Shrimp: Heat oil in a skillet and lightly sauté the shrimp until they start getting a deep orange color. Add the shrimp to the sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until they are fully cooked.
• Serve 4 to 6 pieces on a plate with a spoonful of sauce. Sprinkle each serving with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
