Suggest a better descriptionMISE EN PLACE: Preheat (convection) oven to 150°C (300°F); Peel and core apple; Slice apple and brie into 6 slices
1) Brown pork medallions in a pan.
2) Cover a shallow baking pan with parchment paper and lay down two slices of bacon crosswise. Salt and pepper each medallion before placing it in the middle. Cover pork with a slice of brie, then apple and wrap the "package" with bacon ends. Repeat for all medallions.
3) Bake (2nd rack from bottom) 15 minutes.
If using conventional oven instead, adjust to 160°C (325°F) and 20 minutes.
