| 1/3 cOnion; chopped |
| 1/2 lbItalian HOT Sausage |
| 2 Garlic; minced |
| 1/2 cWater |
| 1/4 tsDried Red Pepper |
| Salt |
| Granules |
| 1 tbHoney |
| 1/2 lbLean ground beef |
| Chopped |
| 1/4 tsCelery salt |
| 32 ozCanned Tomatoes,Undrained, |
| 3 tbChili powder |
| 1/2 tsBeef Flavor Instant Bouillon |
| 1/2 cDry Red Wine |
| 1/4 tsTabasco sauce |
| 16 ozCanned Kidney or Pinto Beans |
| Drain/rinse |
Fire Fighters Chili No 2682 Preparation
Remove the sausage from its casing. Brown the sausage and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove and drain, reserving the measured amount of drippings specified in the ingredients list. Return the drippings to the skillet. Add the onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes. Return the meats to the skillet. Stir in all the remaining ingredients except the salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover.
