1 tbClarified Butter
1 tsSalt
1 tsThyme leaves
1 tsCrushed red pepper
3 ozDomestic beer (up to 4)
3 tbButter
SHRIMP
2 tbFresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tbGarlic; chopped
SEASONING MIX
2 tsBlack Pepper; ground
1 tsRosemary leaves
1 1/2 tbWorcestershire Sauce
2 tb(level) seasoning mix
1 1/2 tbGarlic; chopped
1 tsCayenne pepper
1/2 tsOnion powder
1/2 tsPaprika
1/4 tsBasil
1 lbShrimp, peeled with tail

First Street Grille Bayou Shrimp Preparation

First Street Grille, Jacksonville Beach Florida Make Seasoning: Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Reserve remainder for next time you make recipe. Make Shrimp: Heat clarified butter in saute pan. Add garlic and saute until golden. Add shrimp and toss. Immediately add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and seasoning mix. Toss again, then add beer. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 seconds or until shrimp are pink and tender. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Serve in bowls with French bread for dipping.
