Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/4 cOnions; chopped
salt and pepper; to taste
2 1/2 cBread crumbs
1/8 tsSage
3 tbButter
1/2 cThinly sliced celery
4 lgFish fillets
1/2 tsAngostura aromatic bitters
1/2 cWalnuts; chopped
CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE
Water

Fish Fillets with Aromatic Stuffing and Creamy Mustard Sauc Preparation

Cook onion & celery in 2 Tbls. butter about 10 minutes; pour over bread crumbs. Add 1/4 tsp. salt, Angostura, sage & walnuts; mix lightly. Season fillets lightly with additional salt & pepper to taste; spread with stuffing. Roll fillets & fasten with toothpicks. Place fish in shallow greased pan; pour 2-3 Tbls. water into pan.
