Tomato Salsa
2 cnapa cabbage; Shredded
1/4 cMayonnaise
4 slAvocado
4 Taco shells
8 ozFlounder fillets; breaded
1/4 cSour cream

Fish Tacos In-A-Hurry Preparation

Bake fish in the oven following package directions. Wrap taco shells in foil and heat in oven 5 minutes while fish is baking. In a bowl combine cabbage, mayonnaise and sour cream. Fill each taco shell with some cabbage mixture; top with fish, avocado and salsa. Makes 2 to 4 servings. I chose to marinate the fish in lime juice and jalapeno clices prior to grilling it. Then I used flour tortillas to make a softer textured dish.
