Ingredients

4 1/2 up Sugar
1 14.5-oz can evaporated milk
1/3 cup Butter
1 7-oz jar marshmallow creme
2 12-oz bags Semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 Milk chocolate bar; grated
1/2 c pecans or walnuts; or walnuts, chopped
2 ts Vanilla

Preparation

Cook sugar, milk, and butter and boil 5 1/2 to 7 minutes. Take off the heat and add the remaining ingredients except nuts. Stir quickly and thoroughly to blend. Add nuts and pour into a lightly buttered large baking pan or dish. Cool. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.

This fudge is nothing short of excellent. Loved how easy it was to make. The only complaint that I have is that it does not stay around our house very long.....
