This is just about fool-proof!

Original recipe makes 60
4 1/2 upSugar
1 14.5-oz canevaporated milk
1/3 cupButter
1 7-oz jarmarshmallow creme
2 12-oz bagsSemi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 Milk chocolate bar; grated
1/2 cpecans or walnuts; or walnuts, chopped
2 tsVanilla

5 Pound Fudge Preparation

Cook sugar, milk, and butter and boil 5 1/2 to 7 minutes. Take off the heat and add the remaining ingredients except nuts. Stir quickly and thoroughly to blend. Add nuts and pour into a lightly buttered large baking pan or dish. Cool. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.

Notes
