| 2 tbOlive oil |
| 1/2 cEgg substitute; or 1 egg white |
| 1 1/4 cUnbleached flour |
| 1 tbBaking Powder |
| 3/4 cSoy milk |
| raisins; optional |
| 1/3 cLight molasses |
| 3 cGround flax seed |
Flaxseed Muffins Preparation
