Original recipe makes 1
2 tbOlive oil
1/2 cEgg substitute; or 1 egg white
1 1/4 cUnbleached flour
1 tbBaking Powder
3/4 cSoy milk
raisins; optional
1/3 cLight molasses
3 cGround flax seed

Flaxseed Muffins Preparation
