Fresh "Cirio" Tomato & Basil Patsa Dressing Chop fresh tomatoes and fresh basil. Use as much as you like. You can use a little pressed garlic clove if you like, a pinch of salt and 2 tbls. of olive oil. Make up a 2 lb. batch and keep it in the fridge.
