5 cCold water
sprigsFresh mint
2 tslime rind; (up to 3), Grated
1 1/2 cSugar
1/2 cBoiling water
slicesLime
1 1/2 cFresh lime juice

Fresh Limeade Preparation

Combine sugar and boiling water, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add lime rind, lime juice, and cold water; mix well. Chill.Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs. Yield: 2 quarts.
