Fried Dill Pickles Preparation

Here ya go Lynn...I havent tried it yet, but I do love fried pickles! And this recipe sounds like it has all the ingredients of the ones I have had....it esp needs the pepper spices and tabasco.. Cut the dill pickles in slices bout as thick as a silver dollar. Mix the remaining ingredients to form the batter. Dip the pickle slices in batter and quickly fry in grease at 375 degrees F until the pickles float to the top, around 4 minutes. Wash em down with your favorite beer. These are the best I have found after traveling to the south. Thanks!

Fried pickles seem to be a 'Southern' thing. I'm glad I moved to the south.
