Fried Dill Pickles
Original recipe makes 8
| Pepper |
| Woodward |
| 3 1/2 cFlour; plus 1 tbsp |
| 3/4 tsPepper |
| Vegetable oil |
| 6 dropsHot sauce |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1 Egg; beaten |
| Salt |
| 1 cmilk |
| 1 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 qtdill pickles; Sliced |
Fried Dill Pickles Preparation
Combine egg, 1 tbsp flour, milk, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; stirring well. Set aside. Combine 3.1/2 cups flour, salt, and pepper; mix well. Dip drained pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture. Deep fry at 350~ until pickles float to the surface. Drain. Source: TPA Trib, 8/24/95 Recipe By :
