Suggest a better descriptionCarefully wash fish; drain. Sprinkle with salt & pepper: set aside. Combine flour & cornstarch. Blend together water & egg yolk; stir into flour mixture until smooth. Fold in beaten egg white. Dip fish into batter; deep fry at 350 for 2-3 minutes, depending of size of fish, or until fish is golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with Cucumber Butter.
