Original recipe makes 6
salt and pepper; to taste
6 mdpork chops; Cut
Juice of 1 lime
Lemon; (juice of)
1/4 cCilantro
1 tbolive oil

Fried Pork Chops W Lemon and Lime Juice And Cilantro Preparation

Heat an iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the heated skillet and cook until well browned, about 3 minutes. Turn pork chops over and continue cooking for about 4 more minutes. Before removing pork chops from skillet, add lemon and lime juice to deglaze. Add cilantro and stir in pan. Remove pork chops and place on a warm platter. Serve immediately.
