| 10 Ancho peppers, pre-soaked |
| 1 cnTomato paste, 8oz. |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1/2 cCooking oil |
Fried Red Pepper Dipping Sauce Preparation
Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then grind them into a paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, adding the chopped onion, the ground peppers, tomato paste and salt.
