Fried Rice with Peppery Curry
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 3 Green onions, sliced |
| 2 tbOnions, chopped |
| GARNISH |
| 1 tbCilantro leaves, chopepd |
| 3 tbVegetable oil |
| 2 tbSoy sauce |
| 1/2 cCucumber, sliced |
| 5 cCooked long-grain rice |
| 2 tbPeppery curry paste, see |
| 1/2 cGreen beans, chopped |

Fried Rice with Peppery Curry Preparation
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few minutes, until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through, be careful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
