3 Green onions, sliced
2 tbOnions, chopped
GARNISH
1 tbCilantro leaves, chopepd
3 tbVegetable oil
2 tbSoy sauce
1/2 cCucumber, sliced
5 cCooked long-grain rice
2 tbPeppery curry paste, see
1/2 cGreen beans, chopped

Fried Rice with Peppery Curry Preparation

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few minutes, until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through, be careful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
