"Very good! Since I am a diabetic, I used wheat flour and splenda instead of white flour and sugar and added 1/4 cups chopped walnuts. I also only used 2 cups of confectionary sugar in frosting instead of 4. It was still plenty sweet. " - heatherrichardson-ulicki

Had to add some milk to batter, about 1/4 cup. Ends were very dense, dry. Rest of cake was ok. Think if I added more bananas and milk it would have come out better, or even a box of pudding.

Needs to be corrected to 1/2 tsp of salt. Yes, I should have known better but 2 reviewers have already noted that and it still hasn't been corrected.

Moist and delicious. I make less frosting. Salt should read 1/2 tsp.
